I’m a legging person. I honestly don’t always understand why more people aren’t. After all, leggings are stretchy, comfortable, and warm. They are my go-to pants in the fall and winter. If I had my way, I would never wear pants, but since that would be socially unacceptable, I wear leggings.
Last Friday, I shared with you some of my Finds & Faves for March, including a pair of faux leather leggings (I like to pet animals, not wear them). I found myself with a pair of leather leggings earlier this month, and LOVE them. They look super classy, and you can jazz them up with just about everything.

I paired these leather leggings with a soft light brown pullover sweater and these adorable brown vintage heels. The sweater I’m wearing I found at a Goodwill, and is little short, but pairing leather leggings with a long baggy sweater looks just as good! (Side-note: I absolutely LOVE these heels. I wish I had a reason to wear them more. I feel so fancy and swanky in them!)
These leggings are also great for wearing to work! They look way classier than jeans, and paired with a while blouse and blazer (like I did) they look killer! I added black pumps as well, though honestly you could wear them with flats or whatever. They also look really good paired with a colorful sweater as well.
The other thing I really love about these leggings are that you can dress down as much as you want to dress up. This outfit is paired with a denim button up shirt and black and white causal shoes. (Another staple I think every girl should own: the denim shirt.) Perfect for a picnic or a coffee date or anything you’d like.
Plaid for Days
Paired with flannel, leather leggings look hawt! I’ve added a white and black flannel with hints of red, and grey slouchy cowgirl boots. Since I have yet to find decently priced real cowgirl boots that fit me, I’ll settle for these. Super comfortable and the perfect compromised between feeling dressed up as well as casual.
The Perfect Faux Leather Leggings
Loving these looks? You can find leather leggings just about anywhere. I found mine at Walmart, but you can also get them on Amazon, Target, Kohls, etc! Finding the right fit may be tough though, so I recommend Amazon, as you can usually find a wide range of sizes. These are my favorites. You can even buy a pack of two if you want to match with a friend!
