The Reinhard Chronicles: Next Steps

Oh my goodness.

August has been a roller coaster of emotional highs and lows that have kept me stressed-out and exhausted. My work laptop decided to quit on me, which also meant no blog posts or photo editing or graphic design. I was temporarily relocated to the kitchen for a week and din’t step one foot near a computer for that week. I lost my bullet journal for a little bit in there too, so I felt even more disorganized. On top of all of this, on top of all my looming depression and my impending loss of sanity, there was something else this month that topped all the other stressful things in my life.

So usually around this time I do a Finds & Faves where I share some of my favorite finds of the internet. It’s a collection of bits and bobs that I find crazy cool and cheap-ish prices (we all know how broke we are, and it’s no fun when people push expensive products. “$12.00 for shipping?? I guess I didn’t really need that shirt…”). Today I’m sharing 6 sets of earrings that are my absolute favorite, and for the most part, are incredibly low priced. I also shamelessly used this post as a chance to take some sweet photos of my freshly dyed hair. If you haven’t been paying attention, I’m rocking an orange, pink, and purple fade now, and the green is looooooooong gone. (I realize now that the green was a mistake. 10 Things That Make Me Happy

It’s no secret I haven’t been doing great lately. The ole depression is kicking me really hard in the head lately, and I’ve been struggling a lot with feeling “normal”. As I’m trying to learn, “normal” is really only a dryer setting, and should never be used to measure one’s own sanity.
